The Hope FUNdraiser was a HUGE success last month raising a draw dropping $37,000!!!  The event hosted by Kasie and Graham Able was created in effort to support those suffering from rare diseases.  Their daughter happens to be one of those suffering from a rare metabolic disorder called Masonic Aciduria.  It is so rare that she is one of 30 cases ever reported!  The $37,000 raised has allowed research to start and there are now more than enough funds to go toward future grants.

This is the fifth annual festival and the amount of FUN did not disappoint!  The evening was filled with hundreds of people, great food from The Long Branch, a GIANT auction and amazing music (with a dance party to go with it)!!!  It is such a great time and I am amazed to see the community come together with such generosity.  To find out more about this great event head over to their Facebook page.
