• Can I tour the space first?
Absolutely! We encourage any prospective renter to visit The Studio to see what we have to offer. 

• Is lighting included?
The Studio is naturally lit with large, full-length windows and sheer curtains to provide guests with a beautiful atmosphere.

• Can I bring my own props?
For sure! We welcome you to bring whatever you need to make the space your own!

• Can I host mini sessions?
Yes. This space is perfect for mini sessions and regular sessions alike. 

• How do I access The Studio?
We have ample parking in the front of the studio. With your rental, you are provided with a key code to the front door that allows you access 15 mins before and after your rental time.

• Can I reschedule?
You are allowed 24 hours before your scheduled time to reschedule. 

• Is there a cancelation fee?
If you cancel your scheduled time after the 24 hour point, you will be charged 50% of your total amount. 

• Can multiple photographers share a booking?
Yes. We require that anyone using the space is on the contract. 

• Can I rent The Studio after hours?
Absolutely! We utilize a key-code system for rentals, so guests can pick a time frame from our scheduling software to suit their needs. 

• Are pets allowed?
Pets that are potty-trained and well-behaved are more than welcome to join you on your rental!

• Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
Yes. 

• Can I host workshops/events?
Yes. The Studio is a perfect location to host an event. Please notify us if you need to rent tables and/or chairs for your rental.
