• Guests can arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time, and leave 15 mins after. 

• Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it. 

• Guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks.

• ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES. 

• Glitter and confetti are restricted. 

• Smoke and fog machines are not permitted. 

• Candles and use of fire is not permitted.

• Felt floor movers will be provided for rearranging furniture.

• Guests are responsible for any damage done to property.

• Guests are asked to be mindful of shoes on the furniture.

• Music and noise must stay at a reasonable sound level.

• The maximum occupancy for The Studio is 50 people.

• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

• Pets must be potty trained and well-behaved. 

• Guests can request additional time for their rental by visiting the rental website.

• Trash must be bagged and placed in the large black garbage can.

• Guests must lock studio doors during rental and after it is over.
