Goals Game in 2024!

This year is all about transparency and getting real with you—consider us your photo besties! Beyond capturing those beautiful faces in front of my camera, let’s peel back the curtain on how this is all happening at SJP.

For the newcomers, here’s a little tidbit: Photography isn’t just a job for me; it’s a lifelong passion. Art has always been a party of my life. There’s a profound responsibility I carry to create memories for my subjects. Knowing the incredible humans in front of me is so important to me; it’s the key to capturing their authentic personalities and spirits.

Every photo holds the potential to tell a unique story, and I absolutely LOVE reminiscing about the moments captured during a session. It brings back the conversations, the shared jokes, and the friendships formed! Take a look at all these amazing friends—ahh, hello friends!

2023 Flashback

Can you believe that in 2023, I had the privilege of working with 72 incredible clients! Each one with their own unique and amazing stories to tell? It’s a constant reminder of how fortunate I am that they chose me to capture their stories through my lens. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!

Not only do I get to pursue the best “job” ever, but I’m also surrounded by the best people every single day. My wonderful clients and supporters keep me motivated and inspired. In addition to all the fantastic sessions, we also wrapped up our home renovation this year, and let me tell you, it’s absolutely amazing!

On the home front, my kiddos kept me busier than ever with their activities and sports, and truth be told, I wouldn’t want it any other way. The entire year was a whirlwind of family, friends, and business—the absolute best kind of chaos!

Totally 2024!

This year! 2023 was unique in that I really just felt cozy. Systems were a go and my TEAM, is just, well amazing! Having great people beside me has made all the difference in the world when serving clients. With my Studio Manager, Editor, Designer and Media Specialist in line it gives me so much room to be creative – and we have a little bit of fun too! This crew together has helped to dream up all sorts of fun and new for 2024 (and class of 2025 seniors).

Think more visibly into SJP, more exciting new products, some twists on the classic Mod Squad crew, and of course expanding on creative coaching! Anyone need a business bestie?!

Honestly, I’m bursting with excitement for what this year holds. While I may call it my “down time,” it’s more like a season of dreaming and delving into what makes SJP truly tick.
